Reminder:
1) In order to keep the Style fresh, It is better to add salt to the water for your first washing.
2) Please allow 1-2cm differences due to manual measurement.
Shipping :
Please allow 3-5 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.
REFUND POLICY :
If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #DAD….along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.
The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
